Clutch in my jeep will not disengage. Its a 91 350 that originally had a 4l80e behind it. I bought a oem flywheel/disk/pressure plate for a 91, to use with the sm465. I am using the throw out fork that came with the 465. I have a hydraulic setup, I press the pedal and watch the throw out fork push in then it just stops, the pedal is rock hard at that point, however I can push the hell out of it, and it looks as if the throw out fork begins to deflect. I have taken it all apart numerous times, everything looks great. WTF could be causing this. thanks for d help

Oh yeah this is the first time I have ever used it, so it has never worked.
