I usually play over in the diesel section, but had owned a 2000 3/4 ton 6.0 till 2005.

However, I still have the full service manual (all volumes 1 to 4) for 2000 Silverado, Tahoe, Suburban, Sierra, Yukon (and XL). It would cover till 2003 as there were some wiring changes made after that.
