Hey all we just got a 06 3500 D/A, extended cab chassis to which we added a aluminum flat bed....anyway my question concerns a light receptical for the trailer lights. The truck builder was suppose to put one on but they didn't so now i'm trying to figure out what the plate on the back of the truck does for me, the plate I'm talking about is plastic and has 4 connections on it. I went to Napa and the light receptical they gave me had the 7 pin head but the connector for the truck side was round, which doesn't match up to anything on the back of the the truck.....just wondered if anyone here had any insight...as a last resort and can cut and splice but it appears that there should be a plug and play part for this.

did you try the dealer? They should have that pigtail you splice in.
