Is anyone running the bully dog triple dog on their D-max, with or without the outlook? If so, do you like it? Thanks:ro)

I didn't care for it a lot, so i went with a va. Not to be rude, but there's about a hundred of these threads somewhere. 90% of the time the search button can answer your questions. Especially on opinions of things.

I didn't mean to imply it was bad. I just like my va better. But for a programmer, and shift on the fly, it's in a world of it's own.

I would agree. The Bullydog Triple Dog is one of the best Downloaders out there but I like the VA better also.

I have the TD with outlook monitor. I haven't had any experience with other HH programmers but I did have the Edge with attitude for a short time. Unfortunately it failed 3 days after install. I love the TD program, drivability of the truck, ease of operation and now that I'm hooked I wouldn't be without it. It's nice to know I can take the unit with me no matter what year/make of truck I am driving. There are a lot of great features you can read about on Bully dog’s web site. I received the e-mail stating it was good for all 06 trucks yesterday. Service, support and communication have been very good.

I mounted my Outlook monitor in the dash in the small package tray. It is easy to access and read. Make sure it is V3.2.0, as V3.1.0 does not recognize the TD

Feel free to ask any question you like, that’s what this site is all about. One of my co-workers bought the same unit, less Outlook after seeing mine and he has been happy with his too. He has a 05 Chevy Max

Wow it great to hear others like it too. When I bought this thing last fall I thought I was the only one running one on this site.

Wheres your aribag switch????

Sorry guys,

I was on vacation for a while. That is correct, there is no air bag switch in my crew cab, just a cubby hole. I went to a wreckers and picked up an accessory bracket (less air bag switch) and used it to mount the outlook.

I'm sure the A.B.S. could be relocated.

I rigged/wired it so it can poped out in 2 minutes or less

I am trying to figure out how to remove that trim ring around the area where the radio is. I got a newer radio and want to install it myself so can anyone tell me if that ring is screwed on or does it pop out

i have the bullydog triple dog. i love it. man the power:ro) The only thing I would say is be careful of letting your EGT's getting too high or staying on the extreme setting too long. You don't want to mess up the tranny.
The guys at autero helped me out. They have fair prices and were very helpful in answering my questions promptly. You can reach them at 866-805-6615
