i purchased some new tires 285/75/15 mich. atx and my hd2500 rides really rough any ideas i need help

What psi is in the tires??? If its up around 55 or so, theres your aanswer. Is that a mis print 285/75/15??? Are these tires mounted on the stock rim??? yes they are 15 inch rims stock the mich. tires are d rated and run 65 psi they are very stiff


maybe i need to change to a different rated tire or smaller size

I have 285 bfg's load range d on my truck and i run them with 55psi. It is a very stiff and abrasive ride compared to the truxus 33's i have with 35psi. If you didn't run as high of a psi the ride would smooth out some, but you can't go down as much as you would probably like for the smooth ride without wear on the tires. Shocks could help some too, but probably not enough for what your looking for.

so what the best bet 265 with e rating?
