I just got the putco wheel to wheel nerf bars. The ones that flare out with the dually. Anyone else have them? Only 1,100... bought, shipped and it only took the 2 honda enthusist behind the counter a lighting quick 45mins to get them on!! I payed for them to put them on so I would have waited all day for them, just to watch them struggle. Is that bad?

Are those the wheel-to-wheel SS Boss Bars. Don't have them yet, but those are next on my list.

Yes they are, 4", and awesome. I paid 1200.00.

I want a set so bad but I'm sorry, I just can't quite see $1200.oo for 8 1/2' of stainless pipe with 3-90* 1-25* & 1-115* bend in it. I'm sorry that's just to much to handle. I can make a set in about 5-6 hours & about $175.oo in pipe. then at least I can say "I" made them. who knows I might make a set or I may find something else. I'm just venting because of the cost of everthing!!!

I put my Putco bars on over 2 years ago and their holding up well.

I paid about $850 for them and installed them myself, they are easy to do.

DD, gotta get together at Greenwich Coffe or something. Twin trucks, except for the crew and ext. cab. I would love to get a look at your truck. Where did you get the bars from?

I bought mine online at one of the truck retailers, I don't remember exactly which one but here's another site with one for your truck for $900.

I have a set that I had painted black. I did need to trim the back by 6" to clear my tires. I do like them a lot.
