<DIV>I can't get all 4 lights to light up. When the diode is in the "new" position, the lows work when on low beam, and the highs work when on high beam, but they are not on together in high beam.</DIV>

<DIV>When I flip the diode over, only the high beams work, lows won't come on at all.</DIV>

<DIV>I pulled power off the alternator, and grounded each side to the neg. on the batteries.</DIV>
