Has anyone towed any heavy load ( 10k or more ) with the predator in the tow mode. I pulled my 5er to Calif. from Tx and the EGT`s ran into the Red zone way to far on the pyro. There aren`t any steep grades on I-10 but there are quite a few grades that will take it out of OD. I didn`t pull many of the hills until I realized that wasn`t going to work so I stopped and programed it back to stock. I was running between 60 and 65 mph. The towing mode was the main reason I bought the pred. Any thoughts? BTW, fuel mileage average was 10.4

Stopped using the preditor this year and switched to edge juice for the very reason that you state, plus the overboost ses light that it caused. I tow a 12k pound boat from Tucson to San Diego http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Cool.gif up I-8 and am MUCH happier with the juice...

I gave up my Predator for an Edge/Attitude for the reasons you mention and more. The Edge/Attitude has worked flawlessly!
