What kind of tires are you guys running? When new I put on a set of 285 M/T tires and with 6500 miles I just replaced the rear ones - cause they were bald - imagine that http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Ermm.gif. I know it is my fault cause I can't keep my foot out of it buuuut at $150 ea my wife is not going to go for a new set of tires every 4 months http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Approve.gif. I need to get away from the M/T's and was wondering what tires you all are running and how they perform for you under heavy foot conditions.

Anything made of rubber, ain't gonna last too long when you gotta a heavy pedal pounder and you drive a dmax with a few goodies!!!http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif

I'm running BFG 285 mall terrains, my second set, pulling trailer the rear does wear faster but still get over 30,000 mi/set.
My local tire shop sells the 155 for 16" and 170 for 17" OTD.

I will agree with the Michelin ATX's. They are excellent on "stock" trucks. I put a set of Cooper tires on my truck last October and with the Hot Juice I'll be putting another set on before too long. The price was pretty good $458 for all 4.
Is anyone running Michelin's with a Quad or Hot Juice Box having any better luck with Michelins?

I'm running 285/75/16 Yokohama Geolander AT+II on mine. I would buy them again for the way they perform, the low noise level, traction, looks and price!
