I am trying to hook up a GM12-AUXV2 from PIE. Everything hooked up ok but I press the AUX button and nothing seems to happen. I have my Sirius Radio hooked up to the interface.

Is there something I have to do to the factory radio to get the AUX button to work?

Call PIE directly and ask for Burt or Eddie. They are good guys, and seem to care about product support. I became a distributor for them, and they have helped me with lots of my own stupid questions..
I know with the TNP you have to scroll up twice, and down twice on the seek button (steering wheel) to get mine to play.

RickyR was right. I called Pie and Bert called me right back and gave me two suggestions and it's working.

I was drawing my power from the same line as the radio and Bert said sometimes there isn't enough amps. Changed to the power plug and reset the truck's computers.
