I'm running the Predator (65hp) and mileage hasn't improved.

Typically, the DMax runs at about 5psi boost on cruise control at 70mph. Is there any benefit to this much boost at that speed? EGT's indicate about 600* at that speed.

If I go back to the stock tuning, should I remove the boost stick also?

If you return to stock I would keep the boost stick in. 5 PSI at 70 MPH sounds about right.
