I know it is more than likely in here somewhere, but can not find it. Doe's diesel go bad with age like gasoline???:help: Thank's for any info, also any one going to the goodguys show in Des Moines Ia. at the end of June?

Yes, diesel can and will go bad.

Don't know about diesel but I use gasoline that is old about a yr old to be exact in my lawn mower and tractor and no problems. ;)

Depends on what you mean by "bad". We have 6 year old fuel running just fine in our emergency generators at work. I do test them regularly for contamination. If you can keep the water and other contaminants out, it will last forever. Water, which allows bacteria to breed in the tank is diesel fuels worst enemy. Most water in tanks comes from condensation, so keep your tanks full to minimize it.
