Some of the dealers in our area have some 2003 1 ton disels left on the lot. There are some changes between 2003 and 2004 Which is probably the better truck to buy not reflecting price?

I dont know the difference except some came with the 47RE transmission if I am not mistaken.Also you should be able to get one heck of a deal on a 2003..

They only had the 47RE if built before January 03. Any 03 built after that has the 48RE. It is also listed on the window sticker as 48RE.
