Well, I discovered this weekend that my MBRP exhuast system is in the way of installing my old trusty rear anti-sway bar. On my old truck I had a Hellwig front and rear and it seemed to make a world of difference. I'm about to install a new front Hellwig on my rig this weekend. Question is: Which anti-sway bar has a bigger impact on solidifying the ride? Our trucks don't come with a rear bar (although Tahoes and Suburbans do.......go figure). Do you think adding a rear sway bar or upgrading the front sway bar will help more with preventing body roll? Thanks.

A rear bar COULD help, but the front is definitely stout enough.

I did both. First the front then a month later added a rear.
the front did make a difference. I installed the Frederico Racing bar front and rear.
The front is solid where the OEM is hollow.
The rear made the most difference. I noticed it as soon as I turned out of the parking lot.

I had to remove my spare tire (to small anyway) as well as rotate the exhaust a little.

Thanx Mike330R, you've inspired me to give it another go; however, it appears as though your bar is a different design. Is it a Hellwig?

Nevermind the last question, I just reread the posts above a realized that you mention Frederico. Where does one find that type of sway bar?
