i was putting on a edge system today and took the manifold off for the pyro sensor and the bracket for the main exhaust pipe,[just above the clamp on the outlet pipe going to the rear of truck],was broke.it bolts to the 3 bolt flange of manifold and is welded on the outlet pipe,well it was broken in half.mine is a 03 w/ 59000 mile so others might want to ck there trucks.i welded the crack together and will watch it.you can see it if you look between the frame and the inner fenderwell,to the back.

It will probably just crack again. It's bad design. I found mine cracked when I put my pyro in. I talked to some people about it, and decided just to let it stay cracked. I haven't had any problems because of it for the last 35,000 miles.
