ok my truck is stalling again. when i back out and put it in drive it stalls. i have no idea what is causing this. i just got my juice updated and it is doing it again. is it the juice or my truck. it only does it when i back up and put it into drive.

It only takes about 30 seconds to unplug the juice and reconnect your factory harness... Try it and see if the problem persists. If it does, the simplest answer is a fuel delivery problem. How many miles do you have on your fuel filter? Was your last fill up from a questionable source?

it is hard for me to get it to do it. it only does it every now and then. and i changed my filter around 10,000 miles again. also it has happened on difern't tanks of diesel so thats not it.

If you have a early Juice version they had this problem .... The newer once are intermittent also ...
Edge is diligently working on a resolve and are not liking the fact that there is a problem so they will find a correction ...
But first thing you need to do is remove the Edge box to confirm it's that not your truck with a problem ...
If it's a OLD Juice version you should just upgrade nontheless...

OK now that i think about it that is exactly how mine is. it is always when i back up turn the wheels all the way and hit the brakes.
Anyone have any ideas?

Your brakes run off the power steering pump too so maybe it's the combination of the two putting too much of a load on the motor and with the lower RPM's of being in reverse it's enough to stall it.
Try not to turn the wheels to a full lock when you turn as that puts a tremendous load on the pump, back off a quarter turn from full lock and see if that helps.
If not then maybe the dealer can bump up the idle with the TECH 2. I'm not sure if they can but maybe?

turning the wheels to the lock and stepping on the brakes is putting the max load on the steering pump. Can't believe this is stalling the engine at idle, but ....
