Well I can't seem to find anything about this so here it goes. For you guys towing with the Cognito leveling kit have you had any problems? Mostly when loaded down does the front end stick up in the air? I want the truck level and bigger tires But I also tow a 11000 pound gooseneck most of the time. Any help would be appreciated before I spend the money.

Airbags will keep you from going SoCal style.

I am not sure the weight I have towed I figure at least 11K on occasion, I don't think I would say I have gone SoCal style, I leveled it with 2" blocks in the rear, the rearend is about 1" / 1" 1/2 higher empty, towing it is level to slightly lower, dont think it is noticable, there is a pic in my garage with 10 trees on the trailer @ about 500-700lbs a tree plus the trailer should be around 11 K or more. dont think it looks out a level.

The problem is that with towing a gooseneck I cannot raise the rear end. If I knew a way I would be running 35's. So I guess the only way is air bags. Are these expensive? I do not know anything about them. Where do you hid the air pump? Once again any help is appreciated so for this site has blown me away with help offered. Thanks to all

The rear end is two inches higher than stock in this pic, what kinda of gooseneck are you pulling? Does the neck adjust?

Air bags will bring the back of the truck up when you have a load on. You should call the boys at Cognito and ask them if their kit will effect the towing capability in any way before you install.

Is anyone pulling a bumper tow with the Cognito leveling kit?

It is a Horse Trailer and it is adjusted all the way up as it sits. So not sure what to do unless I could raise the trailer...... As the trailer sits it is slighlty higher in front that back so there is not a lot play room.

Gotcha, I thought it may be a cattle trailer of some sort, I know there is not much wiggle room with those, I know my truck now dosent sit much if any higher than a stock dodge so I am sure there is some way to make it work, I guess if you dont want or can't raise the rear at all than air bags are the way to go (to keep it level under load) I dont think they are cheap though, sorry I couldn't be of much help
