I was going to sell this truck because the turbo was not kicking all the time. After replacing a simple vacuum line, this fat bottomed girl is a keeper and I want to get this next item fixed.

The culprit is the oil line where it connects to the top of the turbo. I have traced the oil line to the front of the pass-side head. I don't know if I need to replace the entire line or if there is some type of rubber seal at the connection at the turbo that can be replaced?

Anyone know what I need to do to address this issue.

you have to replace the line. the fitting on the turbo is flared and the other end is an inverted flared end.

It's a flare fitting - have you tried tightening the nut?
