Want to change the fluid in my transfer case. It looks like the drain is the bolt about 6 0'clock that sticks out a bit and the fill is the bolt that sticks out a bit about 9 O'clock looking from the back. Is that right? Never owned a 4 wheel drive before and no shop manual yet for the 2004.
Thanks!

<H5>Installation Procedure</A></H5>
<H4>Notice</H4>
Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
<H4>Important</H4>
Use only drain and fill plugs that are made from aluminum. Steel or brass plugs are not compatible with the magnesium case.
