my truck listed below gets ovr 17 on the highway usually 19 now all of a sudden it is lucky to get 15 all highway driving. what the hell is going on!

X2. That's what mine did. I replaced both filters and it was good again.

new air filter fuel filter new mobil 1 sinthetic in engin freshly changed oil in front and rear diff and in transmision! tires aired up to proper psi. diesel power fuel additive. injectors were replaced at christmas. my only concern is that the front diff had water in it and when i put it in 4wd and turn the wheel it seems to catch and not want the truck to move. kept thinking the parking brake was not fully released.

That's completely normal. That's driveline bind. It happens when all 4 wheels have equal traction and equal torque distribution, but since you're turning, the distance each individual wheel has to travel is different. Since there is no differential in the t-case, the driveline binds up until the amount of stored torque can over come the traction of one or more tires, which is why the truck "bucks" when you turn.

i know the feeling but this just seems a little excesive. i am sure it is just me being parinoied!
