Hey guys, I'm new to the forum, but not new to forums or duramax's. I've got an 03 crewcab, lb7. I have used the search feature, and read just about everyone of the post in here on the different lift kits. I can see that the same answers seem to pop up. My question is this:

I have an opportunity to purchase a less than 1yr old trailmaster 6" lift kit, w/fabtech dual shock hoop and fox rezzie's, the whole kit with shocks and everything for $1000. What would be your guys opinions on this. I'm not afraid to spend a little more to do the cognito, but at the same time this seems to be a pretty good deal. I've read about the wider track offset, and the need to be careful with wheel backspacing with the kit. Any constructive critics in here with input for me? Any would be great.

Thanks
Adam

The kit is mint, and the shocks are 3mo old. I plan on keeping the truck for a while longer, althought I was just at the dealership the drive the 06 LBZ, I like the 6spd, and the extra power. I do both show and go, I like the truck to look nice, but I also want heavy duty.

I would agree if you dont really want to go huge on a lift pick up the trailmaster kit.
