I called and got my QRA (or something like that) number about a month and a half ago and have not had a chance to send it in. I am wondering if anyone knows if this code expires or do I need to call and get the number updated before sending it in. I probably just need to call them (fun, fun) to find out for sure, but was wondering if anyone was in the same shoes as me before...

I had called last Oct about new update and received a RMA #. I was told at that time the update wasn't quite done. They said the RMA # would still be good. Then I waited til after the 1st of the year and sent in my programmer. It returned updated. But remember to write on the outside of the package your RMA#, or they will not accept the shipment.

The receptionist can also give you status on an RMA# so you don't have to wait the ridiculously long time on wait for their tech support people to answer the phone. Just hit "0"

Good to know. I have waited a long time on hold before...
