I’m in the middle of replacing the bushing and other front end parts (upper / lower ball joint, tie rod ends, pitman /idler arms, etc…) I started this project Tuesday night after work and worked on it some each night after work so far I have got the upper ball joints and bushing, inner – outer tie rod ends, sway bar bushing, and some body mount bushing changed out. Now it’s time for the lower ball joints and lower control arm bushing. I’ve done lower ball joints before on an IFS but never the control arm bushing. Do I have to remove the T-bars to replace the bushing or is there enough room to allow the control arm to drop down to replace the bushing?
