Has anyone put a different style mirror on there truck such as mirrors that come on the Super Duty trucks, with running lights and all? Haulinbass02 05-25-2006, 06:10 PM I just put the '06 Chevy mirrors on my truck and they look and work great. I had to splice and wire the connector and turn signals but you should be plug and play. It was a simple plug and play operation. At first I couldn't get the wide angle portion of the mirrors adjusted (they were too low), they seemed to come up on a hard spot and I was afraid of breaking something. But I pushed a little harder and they went past the hard point and are now easy to adjust. That guy even says they will fit 2001 to 2006 without even mentioning that the plugs are different on the 2001-2002.
