Has anyone purchased Rickson 8 lug 19.5 aluminum wheels for a chevy dually? Also wondering what is the largest safe (no lifting or cutting) tire possible with these wheels? They recommend the 225x70x19.5 but they just seem kinda small. My 235-85 16's are already about that tall.

BTW its almost a month backorder on these wheelshttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Cry.gif dammmit!

Thanks

I checked the chromewheel website. Kinda confusing. Ill try to get a quote from them and see if it comparable to $3800 delivered.

I was looking for someone that has the ricksons for a quality check???

site is a little confusing, but they convert the truck over to 10 lugs and thus you have a wider variety of wheels to choose from compared to ricksons. 10 lugs looks a lot BEEFIER IMHO.

245-70 is the largest tire you can run. i have them, they miss the front dam by 1/2" when turning.
