She arrived in the rail yard 0340 this am (don't ask how I know, LOL) Now I just have to wait for it to be delivered to the dealer. Best I can figure is that it has not been unloaded from the rail car, so it has not been logged in, so to the grunt on the ground it is not there yet.... Hopefully today or tomorrow....... My truck got into the rail yard at approx 3AM on Tues May 16th. I contacted the dealer Tues morning, they put in a call to the yard to expedite unload/delivery (note that as of that point, in the DEALER system the truck was still showing as "in transit"). Truck came off the train car on Wednesday May 17. According to my salesman, the truck was STILL showing as "in transit" on the dealer system :). Yes, GM for whatever reason does tend to just keep the dealers in the dark on what is going on compared to the tracking info Howard is able to get :D Truck got to dealer (about 10 miles from the yard) late on May 18th. Truck went thru PDI at the dealer the morning of Fri the 19th, and I picked it up late Friday afternoon. Without the expedite call, I would guess it would have taken a few days longer. | ||
