Ok I have takein the in fender off am stanting behind drivers front tire and frame of truck looking to the filter I have two blue hoses and 3 wire hareness in front of the filter no way to get filter out to replace it any help the other post on filter replacement must be for pick-up trucks not the 4500's. This is my only problem as I would like to know how to replace it on the side off the road if ness. Thank you for any help this site is like a Gold Mine of help.

Dont see many of the 4500 trucks, so I dont really know for sure, Maybe SID can chime in and he might know something, I think his dealer is also a med duty dealer as well.

We have a bunch of those in the yard but I have never changed the fuel filter. I will look at one when I go back to work on Wed.
