THANKS FOR THE REPLY.INEED MORE INFO; WILL THE 6.5 TURBO ON TOP CLEAR THE HEATER DUCT AND AC LINES? I WILL MODIFY HOOD. MY TRUCK IS A 1500 SERIES 1982. I HAVE HEARD THAT A SIDE TURBO MOUNT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO INSTALL. HAS ANYONE EVER TRIED THIS BEFORE? I WILL REPLACE THE 6.2 WITH ANON TURBO ENGINE IF THERE IS TO MUCH MODIFICATION. ANYBODY OUT THERE DONE A SWAP LIKE THIS ; THANKS IN ADVANCE.

It will clear those - it will not clear the firewall, there in the center where the six-cylinder clearance area is.


Replacing that area with the piece from a C4500 truck will allow that clearance., including the turbo exhaust down-pipe.
