Don't flame me, I know most of you don't give a crap about fuel economy, I'm just curious..
With highway driving, what power level gives the best fuel economy?
I know on the DIC it says it's getting quite a bit better as you step up the power levels but I also know it's WRONG. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Embarrased.gif

Lower power engines give more fuel economy. Of course there are exceptions such as towing a heavy load that runs a lower gear/higher rpm. In this case more power may be able to hold the higher gear/lower rpm and save fuel.
I've noticed the higher juice settings make the throttle excessively responsive so little road bumps lightly push/pulls my foot into/from the go pedal and fuel is wasted. Edited by: Ray403Dmax

I drove last night from IND to STL, my instant MPG was reading 18-19 the entire time on CC, but the average is 14.7 MPGhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif But before the Juice/Attitude I was getting a avg of 14.1, since the addition it has gone up to 14.6 and still climbing. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clap.gif

Sorry hit the go button too soon on post above. I've been doing a step by step analysis of the economy @ different levels empty and towing.
I fill to rim of filler neck and figure the old fashioned way...so far level 2 on 2nd or third setting seems to yield best results for me.

I can tell you that level 5, low boost 5 with a hot oj will yield the worst mileage. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Cool.gif As far as the best mileage goes, I can't help with that one. I can't seem to keep my foot out of it. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clown.gif

Since I added the normal Juice last year I had the opportunity to get a lot of road trips. I did the different settings for long road trips and city driving. The very best was level 4 at 60-65 and 22+mpg. latest long trip was 19.6mpg at 75-85mph. (I use the cruise control to take out any foot flutter influence, and remind me that I aint a hotrod teenager anymore!) Around town best was level 3 at 16.4 mpg but with level 4 the best 'round town was 16.2. T/H mode the level 2 has been better than level 1 when pulling loads up to 14,500# by about 1mpg. All the mileage figures have been better than without Juice.
When figuring the comfort and fun factor, Level 4 for daily driver and road trips, level 2 for hauling the loads.
