What if you have thrown a 0093 code numerous times and its not an injector problem. Could it possibly be the fuel rail pressure sensor that is weak or the fuel pressure relief valve(my guess) that is weakened more and more ever time. This has happened probably at least 15 times in the past 6 months, but cannot be repeated at will. It has only happened at a wot from a dead stop and usually doesn't throw the code until 140kms(80mph). It has of late done it more times, still with the lift pump in operation or not. I have heard that the relief valve does get weak, once it has opened up once. Any truth to this??? Maybe i should be looking elsewherehttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif Thanks Jeremy

That is very possible Jeramy. Not a good way to test it under load though, just a static test while cranking engine..
