Hello All. I'm from SoCal. I am considering the purchase of a diesel, and I wanted to get some info on them before I did so.

Welcome :) If you are going to be towing then a diesel is the only way to go. It would be like day & night against a gas truck.

i just traded in my 03 gasser for an 06 LBZ...and yes, it is a night and difference, specially being at 7000+ ft. elavation. i love the new truck, im not sure if ill got back to gas again for a long while

Once you go diesel you will never go back to gas! This is my second diesel and I love it! You wont be disapointed!

I have had my 06 for about 7 weeks now, almost 5000 miles. I could never go back to a gas engine on a truck. The torque is unbelievable. It is so fun to drive, I have a hard time deciding between it an my ST1300 Honda. good luck on your decision.
