Can someone post some info on plumbing a tranny cooler? I have my cooler mounted and waiting but the closest lines are all hard lines! The only soft lines i could splice into are under the core support, a good 3 feet away from my cooler. i mounted it just behind the factory cooler. anyways if you can tap into hard lines how do i do it and what do i need?? thanks for ya'lls help!! -Jeff

No one that I know of has tackled this project .... Although I feel the OE is less the desirable being as small as it is ...I hope a tranny builder installer tackles this project that has the availability to test while making changes to the current hydraulic flow ...

You have to be aware that a restriction in flow maybe detrimental to the Allison ... I don't know were you bought it but seeing how it didn't come with necessary fittings I have to assume it is untested in this application ... The Allison lines IIRC are 5/8 inches...

Not telling you to not proceed but proceed with caution ....

Chuntag95 replaced his OEM with a larger (stacked plate) cooler and achieved good results. I seem to remember him posting the details here... IIRC there was also a reason he replaced the OEM vs adding a second cooler. Chris are you out there?
