I went to pass my buddy's Hemi out the other day and he got a good jump on me and by the time I was going by him my speedo was burried at 100 and the Attitude read 110 And I was still accelerating!!!!!


How can this be??? I thought there was no cure for the 01 speed limiter problem.

I'm gonna guess you were pretty close to the shut off. Its your 35" tires throwing of calibration. I ran 285's and could get a top speed of 108mph. You would have been pretty close to hitting it, i'm thinkin.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif

that is exactly it...


you can actually overshoot the limiter by a tid bit if you hit it going fast as it takes fuel out slowly as you approach.


1bad01 - there are some vendors that can remove the 01 speed limiter.
