So who has one here? What are the advantages of it compared to like the Edge, Quadtuner, Power Pup, etc..
Easy to install? Its just like the Edge correct?
Looking at upgrading from the Power Pup to the VA Smartbox E 150hp

I have a version of it, tuned by Quad, I have the 110/230 version, plugs in exactly like the juice does. Has a 3 position in cab switch. It is also supposed to back down for trans slip.

Very easy to install, if you don't install the switch it stays on max power level. Mine is the 70/110 version, since I have not upgraded the trans that is all I am going with for now. It is very easy to change levels on the fly from stock to 70 to 110 with a turn of the dial. The trans will need some time to relearn power levels and driving styles, so it is best to not switch too much. It defuels during shifts, which at times can be very noticable.

The tunes from 150 down have trans protect. The tunes on the race units do not.
It is basically a plug in unit and has a rotary switch for level selection. The tunes have been revised quite substantially, and should be available soon.

With the new Tunes how does the power stack up to like say the Edge, like the 145 version vs the 150 Smartbox E.

In my experience, the 145 Edge is severely under rated. I have a lot of inquiries for the mystery 180HP Juice race special, but basically, the highest HP Edge that I have seen is the 4.74 hot. The Hot Juice falls between the VA 150 and 200+ The 150VA has been tamed a bit so as not to tear things up and runs very similarly to the (again under-rated IMHO) Juice 125.
