does anyone have one of the new flex a lite electric fans on thier duramax , i'm thinking of buying one just wondering how it preformed and did id run hot

Do you tow heavy? If you do the electric fans likely aren't for you.

Truthfully If Your Towing Then I Would Highly Recommend That Fan. My Boss Put It On Hit 02 Duramax And He Goes Cross Country With A Slide In Camper And Trailer And He Said That He Notices Cooler Temps And Increased Bottom End Power. Check Out Our Site Good Luck Kyle @ Xtreme

It's a fact that the Electric fans only move a fraction of the air that the engive driven one does. In an LLY it will not be enough if you tow heavy.

A slide in camper and a boat is not a big load.

I have these fans and just installed them today, but Max is correct..these are not for trucks doing very heavy towing. The most I tow is a car trailer with car, otherwise it's my daily driver.

I'll post a thread with pros and cons and pictures shortly.
