So let em get this right.... I can just press the band button, which switches between cd-xm-am/fm radio, but I can have all of those and switch to my IPOD as well, by just pressing the "Band" Button??? I don't need a selector switch at all? I keep reading conflicting posts.

you need to install a relay to use it with XM...I forget how to hook it up but it shows in the instructions.

go to XM, then press and hold preset 6 on the radio, and it will switch over to ipod. Press and hold 6 again and it will switch back to XM.

Went to Axxess website and the install is clear as mud. Not a great site and instruction download is useless. How difficult an install is this I wonder....

How easy is the relay install for the XM... I am a novice when it comes to electrical installs like this... but I don't want to pay some guy $100 to do it for me.

4 wires to hook up, nothing too difficult.
