I'm don't know if I want to go with Xm or sirius in my truck, I want the after market unit so I can transfer it from my truck to my work truck. But like I said the hard part is choosing between xm or sirius! What do you guys like better? Thanks -NICK-

I am not real happy with XM. If sirius integrated as nice with my truck as XM I would give sirius a try.

My truck came with XM. I rent alot of cars that had sirius and I liked the rock stations better.. BUT XM has just added a bunch of stations that are pretty good. I think it is a toss up

They both work good so check out the programing and choose the one that best suits your taste. I like xm but I mainly listen to country. :)

XM totally sucks for Music.. Terrible.. Its so bad that even people that don't have Sat Radio and have been in the truck ask me whats so great about XM.

My Free Sub runs out May 9th and the Sirius Module isn't out yet. XM is better than FM but only because its commerical free, not because the music is any better.

I miss having Sirius. Their music programing is miles better. Having had both I would pay twice the price for Sirius. Its that much better for Music.

I like my Sirius. I have wide musical tastes and Sirius satisfies all of them. Buzzsaw & hair nation for 80-90's rock, Octane for a bit heavier stuff, Faction for punk/rap/hard, New country, Outlaw Country for Mojo!, Howard keeps me awake in the morning and Bubba in the afternoon. The comedy channels are good for a laugh too. We have a unit that can be transferred vehicle to vehicle with a FM modulator. The G/F bought a second mounting kit for her work truck, so it’s pretty easy to transfer back and forth. Look at the programming as the above have said, then make your decision.

I love my Sirius. I was even able to keep the factory XM antenna and changed the end that plugs into my Sirius Receiver.

Nothing but Sirius and Octane for me. I went ahead and got the lifetime subscription for the receiver in the truck.

Had xm in my previous truck and it was just ok. Switched to Sirius in January 2006, and it rocks!!:ro) SIRIUS all the way! NFL, Howard Stern, and much better ROCK music stations make it a no brainer!

I've got them both; XM in the pickup, Sirius at home (DishNetwork) and I would definitely recommend Sirius over XM.

I second that. I really liked it at first but now most of the rock channels play the same chit over and over. I have been on comedy channels lately and the advertisements suck. I'm paying to listen to commercials? B.S. The comedy has sucked lately too. I'm gettin dissapointed.

I think I'm switching to Sirrus when my contract is up with XM.

Wife's Jeep has Sirius. We both love it. The dealer told me I had to order On-star in the GMC to get XM and wasn't about to pay that kind of money just to get XM. On-Star, in my opinion, is about as useful as the panic button on my key fob. What's an aftermarket Sirius cost? What kind of antenna do I need?
