buddy of mine has a 6.0 ford, and he has the 115hp chip(hound dog),intake, exhaust, no tranny work, we had both been pulling about the same weight,(6500lb sled trailers) when we went sledding last week, it was a 500mile trip threw the mountains, and we made in in record time for that trip, our speed was around the 80 to 90mph, as for mileage i drove 328miles (around 16mpg cdn) on a full tank, before i ran right out, as for the ford he went another 60 miles, but he has a long box(29gallon) tank and then he was almost right out(13.5mpg), as for power, on some of the long 8percent grades, we would line up window to window, at about 60mph and then punch it, their was no way with just the one 150chip by itself that i could get buy him, i tried 3 times we would just stay even, but when i turned on the second 150 chip then their was anoticable difference, but then the egt were up in the 1800 degress, i have to say i was shocked how well that ford pulled, and i have never in my life head such a loud exhaust, it was ear damanging when it would kick down and i was beside him, as for the duramax i drove with the stacked chips the entire trip, unless i was pinned the egt wer never above 1100 degress, bost pressure would be in the 16 to 24 psi with a max i seen of 28.2http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif, all in all it was a very enjoyable ride, i know my buddy will not take this sitting down and and will be under the hood again
