Does anyone know what the warranty period would be on a dealer replaced IP/PMD. Mine was replaced at 87k miles about 5 years ago, and I was wondering if it carried a warranty with it.

IIRC it's 6 months.

That's on reason I went with the Heath Issolator set up because "7 year free replacement part warranty" from a good vendor. What's that beer commercial say It doesn't get any better than that.

Nothing from the General, warranty clock starts from year of production and 000,000.0 odometer miles, not how many hours since replaced part was installed.
