I'm haveing problem with my headliner lamps. When I turn the interiors lamps on by the black buttons, they do not come on. The only thing that comes on is the cargo lamp indicator on the dash.? The cargo lamp outside does not accually come on. Also sence this started, on my radio, the lights on the band and disk buttons don't work.
I looked in the manual and there's suppost to be a third fuse block. I cant find it. Any suggestions?

I don't think there is a 3rd fuse block. There's a terminal block named "fuse block - right I/P" in the passenger end of the instrument panel, but there are no fuses in it.

the third one is under the dash. I believe you would have to pull off the bottom piece by your knees to see it. I think most of the fuses under there deal with the trailer wiring. I have messed with this one, but it has been a while since then. According the the owner's manual:
Center Instrument Panel Fuse Block
The center instrument panel utility block is located
underneath the instrument panel, to the left of the
steering column.

Check the block under dash by left foot.It has trailer harness and overhead console light harness plugged into it.Trace your wire bundle up from box to just under dash by park brake pedal.I have found two different wires that got damaged in those looms from the pedal assembly. One went to my overhead lights and the other went to I have no clue.I bet you have similar damaged wire harness like I did.FYI it will be a light green wire that supplies power to lights
Resolder, retape and reroute loom.
