I'm looking at an 02 CC 4x4 LT with @80000 miles on it. It currently has an edge programmer on it. Any way to tell what version it is? The truck also has a pyro and a boost gauge, but the boost gauge doesn't work or isn't hooked up. Are there different levels of programming with the edge? Also I was planning on putting on 265/75 tires is this compatible with the edge or what will I need to change? Thanks for all the help this is a great site. Hopefully if it all checks out I'll be driving my Duramax home for good this evening.:ro)

the version of Edge is on a label on the back side of the module itself. It should be under the hood on the drivers side velcroed or tied nearby. Since it's an LB7 the version will start with a 4 I believe.

the edge can't adjust for tire size so putting bigger tires will throw your speedo off. There is a link at the top that tells what most programmers do and don't do.

Thanks! I tried to check the comparison link for the programmers and my computer won't open it for me. Thanks again.

I have an '02 with 116,000+ miles ... she's been on Juice for over 100,000 miles of that with zero engine/tranny issues to date ... have been using a Hot Juice set on 90 hp regular and 60 hp in T/H every since they first came out

That's good to hear. Should I be concerned about the boost gauge not working?
