I want a good stall converter for my 6.0 but with the capacity to be able to pull trailers . Anyone know of any good converters at reasonable prices? :grd:

A heavy street truck is NOT a candidate for a High stall torque converter!!! They only help for about 5 feet at start off & at low speed in third gear if your accelerating hard on the gas till it locks up.. They also produce high heat when pulling, below lockup . One would have an adverse effect on MPG in city or urban driving . JMO

I'm just looking for a 2500 stall converter atmost. I just want to get a good launch. I'm putting a transgo kit in and want to beef up the converter while im at it. but most converts say you can't pull more than a boat with them. I don't pull alot but but still would like to have that option.

Buy a REAL TRUCK w/ a REAL TRANSMISSION and quit crying...
