Based on my research, the PS system is always less $$$. Is this simply a supply and demand thing or what?

If you read about these on the Edge web site, you will see that the ones available for the Duramax Diesel provide more horsepower(& torque) gains, have a different setup for changing power levels and can display many more engine & tranny parameters than those for the 6.0 PowerStroke.
