No. 16's or 17's.

Are the ext cabs quicker because they are lighter?
One more thing..4x4 vs two wheel drive, how much 1/4 mile time difference?

Ext cab will be a touch faster because it is lighter.

You should be able to shave a second off or better with a boosted 4x4 truck if you are at higher power levels. I'm not sure how much difference it would make on a stock truck.
