Welcome to the forum. They have lots of great information on here. Just a suggestion, I would create a signature. That way when you ask questions you don't have to tell users what you have for a vehicle, the will be able to tell by your signature.

Yeah i know my other ride is a vette and those forums have about put me in the poor house:p: I love this truck, the dealer tinted the windows put on nitto's 305/70/16 and a few other goodies. I guess they cant void my warranty for the tires if something goes on with the drivetrain. Man did I mention i love this truck:ro) Great site also. Already saved to my favorites

Hi everybody! Brand new to the site after having read through it for a while! I am in the market for a new one ton dually crew and am leaning toward the Silverado 3500 with D/A. (thanks onebadchevy!!! LOL) Am doing all my research on the pros and cons of Chev, Ford and Dodge. I like the Allison tranny primarily because I am tired of shifting a manual and the Allison, I am told, won't even get 'warm' doing what I do..... which is haul a 30' car trailer professionally all over the country. My annual mileage is about 120,000 ! I want a truck that will last me, say between 5 and 10 years, if possible. Any and all input, and other responses are very welcome here. I am relying on all of you with unlimited collective experience with these trucks to guide me in the right direction!!!!! Onebadchevy, is your truck for sale??!! Just kidding, I know you just got it recently. I am jealous. Enjoy! And thanks again everybody for allowing this opportunity to say "Howdy" ! Truckin' Bob
