We have a 01 lb7 pulling truck and i need more pep. I am thinking about getting with my friend that runs a couple of pulling tractors, and seeing if we can match up somthing for the truck and make my own kit. What i was wanting to know is, does anyone know the size of the intake port on a stock turbo and a Aurora 5000. Plus the exhaust foot size for both as well. So i know if i need to make an adapter or not.

People aren't saying alot about the Aurora chargers on this board. Not sure why.

Check the rulebook for your pulls and see if there is an inducer diameter limit for the chargers in Street class. Ours (rulebook) is 2.8 inches IIRC.

An aurora is 2.8" inducer. Stock is somewhere around 2.3 in or so.

The stock turbo foot is like no other. You can make your own adapter plate, trust me!
