The Amp power steps are nice!!! but at over a $1,000.00 a piece they are beyond what I have in the step budget!!!:( So I am looking at alternatives!! The Kodiak Power Bar I will admit do not look as nice, but is less than half the cost!!!;)

They also make some that they call the SideWINDER!! I found these for $395.00 a pair!! I was thinking about going this route also!!

Save the cash! I would get the Amp power steps. You figure your gonna pay $850-900 for the Kodiak Sidewinder Steps after shipping so why not just spend the extra $100 and get a better looking step..... And thats $1000 for both of the steps not just one, you can even find places to get them installed for $1000

Also if you have a 4 door your gonna have to buy (4) of those Sidewinders I had them on my F150 4wd they were nice but slick like ice if you got mud on them...

Go AMP, leave the copycat alone. Besides, the AMP steps get further out from the body of the truck and make a much more comfortable step IMHO.
