I have 5000 miles on my new LBZ CC. I have been driving down the road and noticed on three seperate occasions, my passenger front door's light (down on the door panel) comes on for no reason. I just notice a light out of the corner of my eye. The first time it freaked me out. Now I just turn the cab interior light switch on the dash on and off to cycle it and it goes away. Until the next time. I haven't asked the dealer.

Anyone have a clue?

hmmm...if I recall, it's wired to activate via the respective door switch but if that's the problem then the overhead would come on too...I'm stumped...will watch to see what you find out.

Take the truck in.. I had to have a reprogram done to mine as mine would stay on when all other door lights would go out. There is something to do with timming of singals..

Alright I guess I'll take it to the dealer. Half the time they don't seem very compitent. Scary. My first and only visit, they changed the oil and said they would do a safety check while it was in. I go back to pick it up and they tell me they can't find my keys. After a half hour, they find them.

Then they give me a copy of the inspection form they completed. The form showed my tire pressure on all fours was set to 40psi. I knew that had to be wrong so I asked them to check again. Amazing, the fronts were at 55psi and the backs at 70psi. Anyway, the light hasn't come back on in several days so we'll see. I keep posted...

Probably checked by an illegal immigrant who can't read a tire gauge. ):h
