Ordered a 04 GMC 2500hd 4x4 Duramax/Allisonhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif Iwant to do some immiediate upgrades: Lift, Tires & Wheels, Chip? Exhaust?


What size tires and wheels work well, I want some beef, but not radical. Lift 3"? 4"?. Suggestions?


Power; Do I need a chip with the LLY? and does the 5" exhaust increase perfomance?or just make the truck louder?

If ya want 4" your gonna have to go with a Rancho. Get some 305/70R16 and some nice rims or put H2 rims with 315/70R17's. An exhaust will help with flow and always looks good. There arent any chips or boxes available for the lly yet, but they will be soon.
