I have a 2500 Chevy Duramax Allison. It now has 18,000 miles on it. While is was at the dealer a while back they will flush the transmission for $99. With the Allison they will do it for $99 plus the cost of the filter. A friend of mine who has a Allison says you have to be careful when you flush these transmissions. Too much pressure during the flush can ruin the transmission. Anyone know anything about this. I did change the filter at 5K myself. I tow a 34 ft Arctic Fox 5th weighing 11500 lbs.
